Set on the outskirts of Finchingfield, in beautiful rural Essex, Dynes Cottage is a haven away from the world.

The original part of Dynes Cottage was built in 1600 and it has recently been sympathetically refurbished to a high standard. The Cottage comfortably sleeps 10 people plus one child / small adult in the ‘secret bedroom’.
Just half a mile down a secluded country lane lies Finchingfield, one of the most photographed villages in the country. The village boasts three friendly pubs, all of which serve excellent food, three cake shops, a number of antique shops and a small art gallery – all of which are arranged around the picturesque village green and duck pond.
The cottage has sunset views and is surrounded by fields, with access to miles of beautiful footpaths straight from the front door.
