The first bathroom has a standalone cast iron bath and a large walk in shower. The bathroom is accessed via Staircase 1 and is situated between Bedrooms 1 and 2.

The second bathroom is on the ground floor and can be treated as an ensuite for Bedroom 5 if desired. It has a bath with a shower over head.

There is a WC and sink situated up Staircase 2, in between Bedrooms 3 and 4.
