Bedrooms

Bedroom 1:

Accessed via Staircase 1. A large double bedroom with double wardrobes and a small set of drawers. One double bed.

Bedroom 2:

Accessed via Staircase 1. Twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe and a set of drawers. This room also has its own corner sink.

Bedroom 3:

Accessed via Staircase 2. The bedroom is set in the oldest part of the house. It has a double bed and two sets of drawers.

Bedroom 4:

Accessed via Staircase 2. Also set in the oldest part of the house, this room has a small hanging cupboard, a set of drawers and a sink.

The ‘secret bedroom’ may be accessed from this room, but only via a reduced sized door.

Bedroom 5

This bedroom is on the ground floor and is accessed through the living room. It contains a double bed, a hanging rail and a chest of drawers. This bedroom can be treated as having an ensuite.

The Secret Bedroom

The secret bedroom is accessed via Bedroom 4, through a reduced size door. It contains a full sized single bed, a sink and a small hanging closet – perfect for a child or a small adult happy to duck!

If the secret bedroom is utilised then the cottage can sleep 10 plus a child / small adult.
